Sport revealed last month United are interested in England international Rose with a view to possibly bidding for him next summer. Tottenham are believed to value Rose, 27, at around £50million after they sold Kyle Walker for the same figure to Manchester City earlier this month.
Manchester United and Inter Milan are said to be ready to make an approach for Rose but Spurs have made it clear the 27-year-old is not for sale. Manchester United have shown interest in Rose with Jose Mourinho set to play Daley Blind at left-back against Real Madrid in the Uefa Super Cup. Tottenham will resist any offers for Danny Rose as they prepare for interest in the left-back. Rose signed a five-year contract last summer worth around £70,000 a week. Matteo Darmian often played in that position for United last season and it is an area Mourinho may look to strengthen.
"But Manchester United and Inter Milan have reignited their interest in Rose, and Spurs are braced for approaches." Robbie Jay Barratt - AMA/Getty ImagesManchester United and Inter Milan will reportedly step up their interest in Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose between now and the end of the transfer window. While he would be a perfect signing for United or Inter, the 27-year-old is too important to the Tottenham cause to move on. Not only is Rose still on the recovery trail, they have sold Walker to Manchester City for big money. Inter are said to have been keeping an eye on Rose for much of 2017 with a view to a summer move.
